STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

- Prices Ex-Works (unless otherwise specified)
- Payment Terms – As agreed in the sales order
- Payment Mode – Bank Transfer
- Late Payments – Our invoices are payable as per the terms specified in the sales order, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, KAMCO LLP reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 12% of the sum remaining due. KAMCO LLP will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
- Overdue Payments - If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, KAMCO LLP reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
- Order – Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to recover any costs incurred after order acceptance.
- Packing – If required, we can package customer as per any special requirements of the customer. An additional 3% charge will be applied for packing services.
- Rejections – In order for it to be admissible, KAMCO LLP must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery or email to its registered office/official email address within 12 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services. We will strive to address any issues through repair or rework to meet client satisfaction. In cases where repair/rework is not feasible, a refund will be provided.
- Disputes – Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
- Transportation – Our responsibility ends upon handing over the consignment to the carrier.
- Unforeseen Circumstances – We shall not be held liable for damages or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as acts of God, government regulations, war, natural disasters, labour disputes, or supplier failures. We will resume performance once the force majeure event has passed.
