We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Finance & Accounts Executive to manage and streamline accounting operations across three family-run businesses. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who wants to take ownership, improve processes, and grow into a broader finance role.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day bookkeeping, invoicing and reconciliation activities.
- Handle accounts receivables and payables, including follow up with customers and vendors
- Resolve billing queries confidently via phone or emails
- Maintain accurate financial records in the ERP system
- Support month end closing, reporting and financial tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve process, increase efficiency and accurancy
Must Have
- Bachelor in commerce, accounting or finance
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and book-keeping
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Confident communication skills in English
- Experience of handling customers or vendors confidently and professionally
- Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently
- Experience with India's statutory compliance, GST etc.
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo ERP
- Exposure to process automation via system
- Producing reports to drive tactical and strategic decision making
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
